This role involves not only monitoring product performance trends, identifying and resolving product issues, and continuously improving processes and experiences, but also leading the Device Blueprint Process, folds in considerations for the Product Blueprint, and facilitates the Governance steering across various senior leader partners. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to evaluate risk from new product proposals, assessing technical impacts and requirements against current business principles and OEM contractual commitments. Moreover, they will work with LOB leaders to conduct ROI evaluations and casing as key inputs for decision making. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for taking risks with new technologies to benefit customers and will help steer the future of our Android Experience products. This individual will serve as a key subject matter authority, monitoring and analyzing performance, driving reliability and quality improvements, and providing operational insights to key stakeholders. The primary location for this role is in Bellevue, WA and requires a minimum of three days in office. Responsibilities: New Product Support & Evaluation Assess application and product performance for our product line: Analyze business and product performance, as well as evaluating the feasibility of cross-functional business proposals. These analyses aid in making informed decisions about our products and their development. Contributes functional and technical requirements for new products to support reporting and data collection ensuring that we can monitor and report on key business metrics. Facilitates and Leads a Governance Process to rationalize new product proposals, evaluating cases and OEM contracts commitments. Product evaluation and impact assessments reviewed with key business partners, including Director, VP and SVP levels for approval. Tracks all product proposals, decisions, and impacts to improve business processes and product and consumer experiences. Keep a list of key lessons learned from new product launches and use those findings to help the team improve in future launches Performance, Issue, Solution Management Measure performance against forecasted results and monitor data to identify trends which you will present to the product team in the form of reports and dashboards. Leads cross functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and conduct root cause analysis for issues as well as providing timely updates to team members including customer concern recommendations if needed. Lead efforts to implement solutions into production identifying success criteria, testing, and roll-out strategies. Continuous Improvement Monitor and recommend process improvements which will continue to improve how the cross-functional team works together and delivers products. Contributes requirements into the product process to incorporate improvements into the product development process. Facilitate cross-functional root cause analyses conversations to gather findings that can be used to improve our products and processes.
