DSP Delivery Associates (DAs) execute millions of routes each year while also providing over 300 thousand open text feedback responses annually. As a Senior Product Manager, Driver Associate Experience, Open Text Analytics, you will build products related to the transporter experience. This role is expected to partner with stakeholders across all of Last Mile and is well suited for a candidate that thrives in ambiguity. The Sr PM is expected to be an effective communicator and deliver a high level of judgement in decision making. This individual will leverage a background in using Large Language Models LLM, and AI (Artificial Intelligence), to translate and synthesize are large scale volume of open text feedback.

The Senior Product Manager should be decisive and capable of making informed and timely decisions to keep the product development on track and aligned with business goals. You should be adaptable to changing business dynamics and customer needs, being able to pivot product strategies when necessary and maintain a resilient approach to challenges. You will be the single threaded owner for products related to the DA listening experience, and as such, there is an expectation to thrive in ambiguity and think big.

Key job responsibilities

  • Leverage a deep understanding for the breadth of challenges drivers face to prioritize products and investments that will measurably improve their experience and retention

  • Developing and refining the product strategy, aligning it with AMZL's overall goals, market trends, and delivery associate needs.

  • Develop cross-functional solutions to persistent, high-volume pain points through collaborative, influential relationships with Technical, Business, and Field teams

  • Be comfortable collaborating with World Wide stakeholders

  • Roadmap Planning: Creating and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features/capabilities, and making strategic decisions about product development and enhancements.

  • Structure recurring communications for senior business leaders and key stakeholders that effectively relays critical product status and road map progress.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Experience owning technology products

  • Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience applying and using Large Language Models and AI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Fluency in AWS Bedrock, Tableau or equivalent tools, quick-sight dashboard creation, automated reporting, strength in building queries for unique databases, and ability to manage data pipelines, data clusters, and data tables.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
