As the Sr Manager, Product & Technology, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our groundbreaking "Coverage Above and Beyond" initiative, a transformative collaboration with SpaceX that promises to extend cellular connectivity across the U.S., even in the most remote locations. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the helm of designing, developing, and leading all aspects of a key product or a portfolio of products, in an environment where your expertise in product and technical build will intersect with ground breaking satellite technology from SpaceX's Starlink constellation. Your responsibilities will not only encompass strategic leadership but also demand hands-on engagement in product development, embodying our player-coach model. You'll inspire and lead a high powered team of amazing Product Management professionals and driving innovation while staying deeply involved in the deliverables. As the Product Realization engine at T-Mobile, you'll also be playing a very high profile and critical role in leading cross-functional teams across the enterprise to bring a complex, but highly rewarding new product to life. On the T-Mobile Direct-to-Cell product team, you'll be working with your team to lead large-scale enterprise software deployments, using your expertise in Android and iOS mobile OS to enhance user experiences on mobile devices. Your proficiency in both high-level strategy and getting down into the weeds with detailed execution, such as crafting and reviewing technical requirements and user stories in tools like Jira, will be critical as the Sr Manager of this team. As a Sr Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape user experiences in mobile coverage, using your skills in customer engagement, hypothesis testing, and technology. Your role is crucial in steering our product vision and strategy, ensuring our offerings are not only technologically advanced but also resonate with our customers' evolving needs. Your leadership will extend beyond leading teams; it involves fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners, including SpaceX, to navigate the challenges of emerging technologies. Your ability to articulate and evangelize our product story at all levels within T-Mobile will be key to driving our vision forward. This includes being highly comfortable creating succinct and compelling stories, which could be in Powerpoint or written executive briefs.
