Together, we won't stop! Job OverviewThe Senior User Experience Designer designs innovative and engaging digital products that delight customers and drive business results. Responsible for core design deliverables including wireframes and mockups, they work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions. Job Responsibilities: Produces sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines and style guides with oversight from senior and principal UX designers. ( Contributes to the creation and evolution Works across functional teams to understand business and product requirements, technical possibilities and constraints. Ability to work hand and hand with project and product managers to plan, build and execute with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Teams up with User Researchers and other Designers to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem and solve cross-application design challenges. Provides feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions and drive consistency following established design principles, guidelines and patterns. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. (Required) Work Experience: 4-7 years Related working experience. (Required) Knowledge of how individuals interact with each other, with data, information, and other technology-based solutions. Ability to present to articulate concepts, designs, and solutions to SMEs and project stakeholders Ability to take sophisticated ideas and present them in a logical, easy-to-understand manner. Ability to interpret data in a way which can influence or direct human interaction or drive behaviors. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and can optimally communicate status, roadblocks, and deadlines. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
