Description
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of next-generation adaptive learning systems. This role will be instrumental in transforming our approach to leadership development, moving from traditional training methods to data-driven, personalized learning experiences that enhance knowledge transfer and retention.
You will develop enterprise-scale learning platforms that leverage performance analytics to identify development opportunities and deliver targeted training recommendations, along with dynamic learning paths that consider individual backgrounds and experience to improve leadership effectiveness and operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, own, and prioritize the product roadmap for learner-facing projects ensuring alignment with AMZL’s long-term goals.
Stakeholder Management: Build consensus on product vision across Field teams, Science, Engineering, Learning & Development, and Operations to drive execution.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage benchmarking, forecasting, and performance analytics to refine training interventions and ensure continuous improvement.
Enterprise Learning Innovation: Partner with AI/ML teams to integrate adaptive learning and develop models for personalized leader development.
Process Automation: Drive training automation, real-time feedback systems, and multi-site deployment of scalable learning solutions.
User Experience & Adoption: Design and implement frictionless leader learning journeys, ensuring high engagement and measurable impact.
Research & Industry Best Practices: Conduct internal and external research to shape next-gen learning technologies and bring insights from Salesforce, CRM, and EdTech ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence senior executives and collaborate with technical & non-technical teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Travel: Up to 20% travel required for site visits, stakeholder meetings, and research initiatives.

We serve AMZL’s Learning teams as the strategic thought leader, looking beyond where other teams are focused to drive transformative solutions that leverage technology and processes to improve learning outcomes and drive down the cost to serve.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Master's degree or equivalent
Experience in delivering end-to-end customer research studies, including study design, fieldwork (qualitative research moderation and survey execution), analysis, recommendations, reporting and presentation of results to senior leadership
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning technology products
Experience working with Salesforce, CRM, LMS (Learning Management Systems), AI-driven learning platforms, or employee enablement tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
Background in Amazon systems, AWS, AMZL operations, or large-scale enterprise software.
Working knowledge of adult learning and cognitive load theory, learning analytics and Kirkpatrick implementation, e-learning and LMS implementation.
Experience working with Salesforce Communications Cloud, CPQ, Industry solutions, or similar SaaS-based CRM systems.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
