As a Senior Director for the VISA CMS team, you will provide technology leadership to build the next generation of B2B Payables and Visa Commercial Solutions Hub products. You will get the opportunity to work on complex distributed systems and lead massive scale projects centered on new payment flows while collaborating with product and architecture partners. You will lead strategic projects and manage development teams aligned to business strategy and contribute to GenAI innovation across the organization especially the Agentic AI initiatives. Qualifications Basic Qualifications *12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 15+ years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualifications *15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience *Expert in web service standards and related patterns (REST, gRPC) *Proven knowledge of Generative AI /Agentic AI/ Data Science. *Proven knowledge of successful design, architecture and development of Shared Services and framework including Micro Services, Container Technologies, Caching, API gateway and Security. *Possesses a deep understanding of benefits/drawbacks of different integration patterns.
