TerraPower Senior Business Development Manager in Bellevue, Washington

TITLE: Senior Business Development Manager LOCATION: Bellevue, WA, USA The TerraPower Isotopes (TPI) division has been established to pursue medical isotopes development--advancing nuclear science for significant human health benefits. We seek to support revolutionary radiotherapies for treatments of various cancers through the supply of radioisotopes. TerraPower currently has unique access to a supply of thorium for the long-term production of actinium-225 in the growing alpha therapy market and intends to expand into other nuclear related medical treatments. Business Analyst Senior Business Development Manager - TPI is responsible for acting as liaison for both internal and external customers, enhancing the customer experience, and growing the brand of TPI. As a Senior Business Development Manager - TPI, you will be a primary leader in the sales cycle developing new sales, negotiating the contracts, and maintaining on-going sales relationships. Your responsibilities will include: Responsibilities: * Manage the sales cycle, maintain existing client relationships, develop new clients, and negotiate new contracts * Lead the development of customer segmentation strategies and targeted marketing initiatives * Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders * Enter and process orders within an internal database for order management * Run reports in Microsoft Excel and analyze for accuracy * Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven recommendations for improvement * Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to customer orders, product performance, and market dynamics * Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceutical industry * Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and product positioning to drive growth and increase market share Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor's degree, Master's degree Preferred. In lieu of degree, a minimum of 15 years experience in a legal/contracts position focused in pharmaceutical, nuclear or other highly regulated field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience relevant nuclear medicine or other related technology * Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or isotope distribution * Demonstrated experience considering the organizational impacts of decisions then making the right decision(s) for the entire organization, even if it limits the immediate teams' goals * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, w
