What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Marketing Integrated Program Management Planner

Location: Hybrid - Bellevue

Expected start date: June 2025

Duration: 12 months

Working hours: Full-time (40 hrs./week)

We are looking for a driven iXp Intern to join our team as a Global Marketing Integrated Program Management Planner. In this role, you will help optimize our marketing processes to support the business. You will assist in documenting our current marketing processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of implemented changes.

Additionally, you will support the Program Success Office team in driving operational efficiency throughout the marketing program lifecycle.

  • Provide process visibility to help drive accountability across functions

  • Drive process standardization and continuous operational improvements

  • Ensure adherence to marketing program management methodology practices

Profile:

  • Oversee all aspects related to key workflows across programs, driving process standardization and continuous operational improvements

  • Support the Program Success Office solution leads, specifically supporting the setup of a framework and standardizing across all teams, and setting up new workstream templates to track

  • Ensure the process is executed as designed, addresses problems as they arise, and escalates issues as needed

  • Document and monitor workflows, recommend improvements, and drive accountability across the marketing functions

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning

  • Education: Master's student (optional: 1-3 years in a marketing role)

  • Eligibility: Must be enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or JD/PhD program

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as status reports, timesheets, communications plan, and schedule

  • Knowledge of the Wrike project management tool or equivalent usage

  • Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements

  • Exceptional collaboration, organizational, and communication skills

Meet your team:

Oversees project management for Integrated Marketing and Collaboration Council initiatives, ensures successful delivery through planning, cross-functional coordination, & quality assurance while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

This marketing role focuses on three main areas:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workback schedules while ensuring deliverables meet quality standards across Integrated Marketing and Collaboration Council initiatives

  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitates cross-functional collaboration, maintains regular stakeholder communication, and drives alignment across teams through systematic project updates and readouts

  • Performance Monitoring: Tracks program progress against KPIs, identifies risks and develops mitigation strategies, and ensures quality assurance across all deliverables

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15- 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
