Job Title: Recruiter I
Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter I to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. This role also involves performing exit interviews and processing changes in employee status. The position typically reports to a supervisor or manager and works under immediate supervision.
Responsibilities
Recruit and interview potential candidates.
Check references of prospective employees.
Make job offers to selected candidates.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Perform exit interviews with departing employees.
Process changes in employee status.
Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
0-2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under immediate supervision.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on meeting recruitment goals. The role involves using standard office equipment and working typical office hours. Dress code is professional business attire.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
