Together, we won't stop! Job Overview The Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of advanced quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, eye for business, creativity, and effective communication. This position will lead the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be used cross-functionally. Present advanced business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance. The data analytics team plays a pivotal role in empowering our product teams to make informed decisions through data-driven insights. We specialize in building robust analytical solutions that drive the success of key value-added services, including scam protection, enhanced device and activation experiences, premium subscription offerings, and more. This role is located in Bellevue, WA and requires a minimum of three days a week in person collaboration. Job Responsibilities: Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, & Business Objects). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. POS tool, surveys, market research). Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management. Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing. Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into the system design Provide analysis for sales representative, supervisor, call center, partner, & financial performance Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms. Conduct competitive analysis to inform offers & processes Education: Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or related field Master's/Advanced Degree, in related field encouraged Work Experience: 7-10 years Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.). 7-10 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI) 7-10 years Experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: SQL Expertise in technical tools (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design;algorithms/modeling) (Required) Expert analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills Advanced communication/consulting, influencing and relationship management skills Advanced project leadership, coaching and mentoring skills Advanced functional knowledge (i.e., Telecom; Supply Chain; Network Technology; Procurement) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States #LI-Corporate Washington Pay Range : $146,100.00 - $197,700.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed.
