Human Resources Manager (HRM)
The HRM provides strategic HR business partner support and operational HR expertise to designated engineering and project delivery business units. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring alignment between HR programs and business objectives. The HR Manager will also play a key role in HR project initiatives, supporting company-wide efforts in workforce planning, talent development, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units where client groups will be primarily focused on engineering and project delivery.
• Provide client guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.
• Provide manager and leader coaching
• Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Talent & Organizational Development
• Support talent acquisition efforts, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead organizational design projects for client groups as needed.
• Drive leadership and employee development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide programs.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and career development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
