Amazon Executive Assistant, Transportation Optimization in Bellevue, Washington

Description

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization seeks an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic, high-growth environment supporting two Directors within our Fulfillment Optimization team in Bellevue, Washington. This is a 5-day in-office role based at our Bellevue location.

You'll be part of a team that drives customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through innovative fulfillment network solutions. Our team orchestrates order fulillment initiatives - optimizing everything efficiently selecting the packaging and fulfilling millions of customer orders, optimizing for cost, space, and other constraints while maintaining the highest service levels for our customers. This strategic work is fundamental to both creating and delivering on our customer promises.

As Executive Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Your role encompasses managing calendar systems, orchestrating events across various scales, and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups.

A day in the life

You'll be part of a team that designs and optimizes Amazon's vast fulfillment network, orchestrating the planning of inventory, labor, and transportation resources across a global scale. The team builds systems managing billions of worldwide shipments and drives innovations in delivery speed and cost reduction. As a central part of Amazon's evolution toward faster delivery, we're transforming how packages reach customers, making a direct impact on Amazon's bottom line through sophisticated logistics optimization. Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience

  • High school or equivalent diploma

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

  • Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
