Amazon Executive Assistant, NA Transportation Services in Bellevue, Washington
Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and fast-growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our NA Transportation Services team in Bellevue, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive & collaborative team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
Key job responsibilities
Calendar and Scheduling Management:
• Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date calendar for the leaders, coordinating schedules across multiple locations and time zones.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring efficient use of everyone's time.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and briefing materials as needed.
Travel and Expense Management:
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking tickets, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Team Activity Coordination:
• Organize and execute staff meetings, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team morale events.
• Develop detailed agendas and ensure meetings run smoothly, with action items captured and followed up on.
Tracking and Liaison Support:
• Proactively monitor the completion of critical tasks, following up with team members as needed.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new mechanisms to improve team efficiency.
Collaboration and Positivity:
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with fellow Executive Assistants inside and outside of your organization.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Have fun at work and help others do the same.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
High school or equivalent diploma
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
