EBY Paving & Construction is seeking a Site Development/Excavation Foreman for their growing site work division. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Be a team player and willing to do whatever is necessary to complete projects on-time and under budget. • Work in a fast-paced, highly productive environment. • Produce work of only the highest quality. • Abide by all safety rules and regulations. • Supervise, lead and train all members of the team assigned to the project. • Prioritize and schedule necessary resources to complete job tasks. • Ability to take direction from management and work independently. • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, suppliers, etc. • Complete all necessary paperwork to track project resources and tasks. • Operate all types of heavy equipment necessary to complete projects. • Must be willing to work 40 -- 60 hours per week, in all types of weather, and some weekends. Work Qualifications and Skills: • At least five years of experience in residential and commercial construction, with at least two years as a Foreman. • At least five years of experience operating heavy equipment such as: excavator, track loader, compact track loader, dozer, backhoe, grader, compaction equipment. • Experience with large and small sites consisting of all types of earthwork. • Experience installing underground utilities. • Must be able to read, understand and build all aspects of projects per the plans and specifications. • Ability to use a laptop or tablet for email, reading plans, reviewing documents and spreadsheets. • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. • Must have a valid PA driver's license.  Class A CDL a plus.
