Padgett Advisors Administrative Assistant in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at our Bellefonte location. This role primarily involves reception duties, with additional responsibilities including light bookkeeping tasks when not assisting clients directly. As the initial point of contact, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your main responsibilities will include promptly answering and directing phone calls, warmly welcoming walk-ins, and providing essential support to our management and team members. Skills Required

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Proficiency with Windows operating system, excellent computer skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills - Email, phone, in person with Clients, Management & Co-workers

  • Attention to Detail, Ability to self-check work, multi-task

-Strong Organizational Skills

• Knowledge of Quickbooks {desktop and online)

• Admin experience in an accounting firm
