We are hiring a Senior SDK Content Developer to join our Education team in Belgrade!

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop documentation for developers (assigned functional area)

• Support and maintain actual state of content

• Develop training courses and certification tests

• Write code examples in C#

• Resolve support cases related to training materials

• Verify error messages and labels of UI elements on demand

• Handle incoming requests from other teams to maintain a streamlined workflow for the entire team

• Work with SME to identify user scenarios and information gaps

Job Requirements:

• Prior content developing experience in software for 3+ years

• Ability to write C# code examples

• Analytical thinking

• The ability to research and learn

• Excellent English writing skills

• Good ability to express thoughts in a clear, logical, and concise manner in written format

• Self-discipline and the ability to work without supervision

• Ability to collaborate with teammates

• Strong commitment to quality results

• An eye for detail and consistency

• Experience in working with REST API documentation is preferred

   

Note: Please provide a portfolio along with your CV that will represent the most recent documentation that you have personally developed and specify the degree of your personal work (from scratch, additional chapters, TOC design, etc.). Documentation in English, and more recent documentation is preferable.
