Ground Force QA/QC Inspector in Belgrade, Montana

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
Development of new quality assurance and quality control guidelines for the company: Collaborate with colleagues to define world-class quality assurance program for a globally recognized manufacturing company.

Driving Improvement: Recommending process, product, and manufacturing improvements from a quality perspective.
Communicating Effectively: Communicating professionally, clearly, concisely, and promptly with all internal and external stakeholders.
Completing Documentation: Timely completion of required metrics, reports, product evaluations, and documentation.
Providing Quality Service: Delivering high-quality inspection service and contributing to continuous improvement across all departments, including Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Management, HR, and customer operations.
Adhering to Quality Standards: Following Quality Department standards for internal and external service.
Collaborating Effectively: Collaborating and communicating with management, engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders on key QA/QC requirements.
Ensuring Corrective Actions: Maintaining meticulous attention to detail to guarantee thorough implementation of corrective actions.
Fostering a Positive Work Culture: Developing and maintaining a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment.
Supporting Team Goals: Working as a member of the Quality team to ensure alignment on deliverables and milestones.
Ensuring Compliance: Complying with and ensuring departmental compliance with company health, housekeeping, safety, regulatory, and environmental policies.
Managing Time Effectively: Demonstrating effective and efficient time management skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for participating in customer-focused quality groups (internal and external).
Proficient in standard quality and office software, with the ability to learn specialized programs.
Demonstrated knowledge of QA/QC processes.
SKILLS
Strong communication skills.
Solid mathematical and specification competence.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and blueprint reading.
Teamwork orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including phone etiquette, customer interaction, and conflict resolution.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
Ability to lead and maintain effective cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
KNOWLEDGE
Strong attention to detail to ensure product accuracy and high standards.
Significant process orientation and experience writing procedures.
Professional customer communication and interaction skills.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the ability to solve complex problems, apply mathematical skills, manage multiple priorities, and handle diverse situations with limited standardization. The individual must be able to interpret various forms of instruction, work effectively under pressure, think strategically, and motivate diverse teams.
