Rivers Landscaping, LLC located at 34 Remmy Way, Unit 2, Belgrade, MT 59714; Phone number: 406-570-6627 is looking to fill 12 Landscaping Construction and Maintenance positions from April 15, 2025 - November 30, 2025. This is for full-time temporary, seasonal employment. Duties include, sod laying, sprinkler installation, plant material installation, raking, install edging. Operate various tools and equipment including but not limited to rakes, hammers, saws, shovels, drills, measuring equipment, etc. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction and landscaping maintenance projects. Help maintain a clean jobsite. Uphold landscaping design and ensure plant growth. Planting, transportation and installation of flowers, trees, shrubs, etc. Installing rock for rock beds, drainage, planters, etc. Roll and install sod for new lawns. Mowing grass and trimming bushes.Requirements: No education is required. 3 Months of experience as a landscaping crew member required. Workers will be paid no less than $20.86 per hour, based on experience. Overtime available at the hourly rate of $31.29 per hour based on hourly rate. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Schedule is 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The requested temporary workers will be based at 34 Remmy Way, Unit 2, Belgrade, MT 59714 but will perform services in the counties of GALLATIN, MADISON, GRANITE, BROADWATER, PARK (all within the same BLS area: Southwest Montana nonmetropolitan area).The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid bi-weekly. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Housing is provided by employer for $200 per month charge to the employee. Employer will charge for housing in payroll deduction. The offered housing is optional to workers. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs for return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economically and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Reimbursement in the first week of work for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker (but not included passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job and on the job training on the proper use of tools and equipment. The employer guarantees, as required by law, to offer work for the hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
