Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs and ensure compliance with specifications.
Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing.
Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to optimize designs and resolve technical issues.
Perform testing and validation of prototypes to ensure functionality and reliability.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical input to improve product designs.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design technologies.
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards and regulations.
Support manufacturing and production teams during the implementation phase.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in mechanical design and development.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Certification in relevant design software.
