What you’ll do:
通过对行业进行拓展及深耕(重点聚焦制造、新能源、金融、医疗),了解行业发展趋势、应用场景、采购模式及主要竞争情况等,实现品牌选型入围。拓展大客户,建立并维护良好的客户关系,拓展业务机会,实现个人销售目标,同时实现山特品牌推广
A.负责公司产品在目标行业的推广及销售,行业大客户的开发与关系维护工作,行业(选型入围,集中采购)大项目的挖掘及跟进,实现销售业绩目标
B. 定期收集、整理销售数据,分析市场动态, 编制销售报告, 提出销售策略建议
C.开拓行业合作伙伴,赋能和扶持合作伙伴成长,巩固合作关系及提升合作伙伴忠诚度
D.负责市场和行业信息的收集及竞争对手的分析,推动公司进行新产品、新技术、新解决方案的开发,配合公司制定相应的营销策略
E.完成公司交付的各项任务,如:销售指标的达成,行业市场推广,挖掘招标信息,协调整合资源完成相应投标工作等
Qualifications:
本科及以上学历,电气、电子、计算机、营销等相关专业
5年以上行业销售工作经验
有大客户销售及独立开拓客户经验者优先; 有金融、制造、新能源、医疗等领域销售经验者优先
有冲劲和干劲,良好得自我驱动
具备优秀的沟通能力,能快速的理解客户的需求,与客户建立信任关系
有较强的商务判断能力、团队协作能力和资源协调整合能力
具备足够的承压能力,适应变化的能力及应对突发和意外的问题能力
具备较好的情绪管理能力,时间管理能力和快速学习的能力
