Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1.参与联想AI产品的系统规划设计、开发、维护和优化，确保系统的稳定性、可靠性和高性能。
2.参与联想AI产品服务端系统架构设计，对系统进行合理的技术选型和架构搭建，以满足高可用、高并发的业务需求。
3.深入理解业务需求，与产品经理、测试团队等密切合作，提供技术解决方案，推动项目顺利进行。
4.负责研发流程推进与落地，确保流程与规范符合公司要求。
5.解决生产环境中的技术问题，进行性能调优和故障排查。
6.持续关注行业技术发展动态，引入新技术、新工具，提升团队技术水平。
岗位要求：
1.5年以上互联网工作经验，计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握各种数据结构，了解计算机网络、操作系统的底层概念和原理。
2.JAVA基础扎实，良好的编码规范。 理解IO，多线程、反射、内存管理、类加载、NioAio、字节码增强、集合等基础框架，深入理解JVM原理，熟练掌握常用设计模式，对多线程并发编程等常用技术有深刻理解。
3.丰富的 Web 相关开发经验，精通相关主流框架（Vue、Spring，SpringMVC，SpringBoot，Spring-Cloud，Dubbo，Mybatis 等），深入了解其原理者优先。
4.具备分布式系统开发经验，深入理解 RPC 通信框架、分布式事务、消息队列等技术。
5.精通常用中间件：如数据库、消息队列、远程调用、定时调度、分布式配置、分库分表、缓存等。
6.掌握云原生生态技术：如 Docker、Kubernetes、Service Mesh、Prometheus 等。
7.熟悉 Linux 体系结构和常用调优工具，有 Linux 下使用 LVS、Nginx、Haproxy 经验者优先。
8.良好的沟通能力，能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心、上进心，具备良好的自学能力和独立解决问题能力。
具备以下者优先：
1.有AI相关的项目经验，参与过大模型工程化/RAG应用/智能体开发方向。
2.拥有 Python 语言的开发经验。
3.研究过开源软件的源码并有心得者，有妥善经营的技术博客。
4.在 GitHub 上有独立作品，对知名开源仓库有代码贡献。
5.曾担任过多角色开发者（如 Android、web 前端、IDEA 插件、Maven 插件等）。
