Your tasks and responsibilities：
Full responsible for project execution at metal, chemical, nuclear and other business areas. The project scope of supply includes motor, convertor, other electrical and automation equipment, engineering and commissioning.
Follow PM@Siemens Process. Focus on management of cost, schedule, quality and scope, also on other project management elements.
Project scheduling and resource coordination. Delivery goods and service on time without Liquidated Damages, without NCC due to the project execution reason.
Engineering clarifications with customer or venders.
Site coordination & management (delivery, installation and commissioning).
Project contract & claim management. Project risks and opportunities management. Improve project performance.
Customer management to keep good satisfaction, keep good project cash flow and to get project FAC on time.
Your profile：
Bachelor or above in related majors, e.g. electrical, automation, etc.
Above 7 years project management experience at industry or energy area.
Engineering and commissioning experience on motor, converter and automation system will be a plus.
Fluent in English (both written and oral).
Skilled communication with the stakeholders and project team members.
Strong leadership skills to complete the project target with teamwork.
Strong problem-solving ability with best solutions.
