IQVIA Business Systems Analyst - Innovation Hub in Beijing, China
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, you will work in an exclusive core team to rapidly develop, improve, and support transformative workflow automations and software products for users across multiple business functions under the IQVIA umbrella.
Essential Functions
•Performs analysis of business and end-user needs, documenting requirements, and revise existing system logic flows as necessary.
•Formulates and defines solutions scope and objectives through research, client interactions, and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
•Develops, modifies, and supports sophisticated IT systems.
•Guides and advises other Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
•Considers the business implications and workflow impacts for the application of technology and automation to existing business environment and systems.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent 2 years’ experience in Systems Analysis or Software Development
•Experience with development using LCNC platforms, such as Labmatrix, KNIME, Tableau, JReview, QlikView, Quickbase, Pipeline Pilot, Microsoft Access / Power BI / Power Apps, Salesforce, and Azure Logic Apps
•Experience with data modeling, database management systems, and SQL
•Knowledge of business-wide software solutions or client-facing enterprise products
•Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes to enable execution of those skills.
