Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、负责行业AI场景的业务分析、流程梳理和产品设计，实施软件产品全生命周期管理。
2、深度挖掘用户需求，构建并落地带有行业属性的AI产品（政府优先）。
3、收集行业信息和用户反馈，跟进产品关键数据指标，制定产品整体策略、规划发展方向和迭代计划。
4、整合内外部资源（技术团队、政府专家等），跟进研发过程，推动产品快速迭代与落地。
岗位要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2、工作经验：了解政府政策法规， 5-8年以上产品经理工作经验者优先；有AI Agent产品经验者优先。
3、能力要求：具备较强的营销沟通、逻辑思维、项目管理、团队协作能力；有创新精神、目标感与执行力 。
4、其他要求：有责任心和团队精神，能接受偶尔出差；有政府行业项目咨询经验者优先；有成功落地的AI案例、咨询背景优先。
