J&J Family of Companies Manager - Advanced Customer Capabilities Deployment Lead in Beerse, Belgium
Janssen Supply Group, LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies (Janssen Segment Deliver) is recruiting for a Manager – Advanced Customer Capabilities Deployment Lead.
This position will ideally be based in Piscataway, NJ or Titusville, NJ.
Consideration will also be given to applicants within proximity to a J&J business hub in US, LATAM, Europe particularly: Schaffhausen / Zug – Switzerland, San Jose Dos Campos / Sao Paulo – Brazil, Beerse, Belgium, Cork, Ireland, and Leiden, Netherland
Option to work at other Johnson & Johnson locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a member of the Janssen Segment Deliver Advanced Customer Capabilities team, this leader will be responsible for leading strategy & roadmap development, flawless execution and integration of portfolio of Advanced Customer Capabilities within Janssen to transform customer experience and accelerate value creation for Janssen business.
Responsibilities:
Leads Strategy development for Deployment and Base Business Integration for portfolio of Advanced Customer Capabilities
Develops business case, secures needed cross-functional resources and leads execution team for deployment and steady state base business integration for portfolio of advanced customer capability programs
Accountable for flawless execution of portfolio of advanced customer collaboration capability programs through cross-functional collaboration across Janssen Supply Chain, Global Deliver and Regional Deliver Operations teams
Manages escalation and communication to key stakeholders as needed to mitigate execution risks
Develops capability deployment playbook and executes training plans across global internal and external sites to ensure onboarding and continuous learning
Partner with internal and external partners during deployment phase to ensure flawless execution and hypercare until steady state is achieved
Ensure hypercare and stabilization through capability launch and deployment lifecycle of the program
Achieves consistent business results in a highly cross-functional and matrixed global environment
Communicates program execution updates in various leadership forums to communicate progress and gain needed support to ensure flawless execution
Design and Lead Partnership and Collaborative planning workshops with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to drive deployment of key capabilities
Identify Partnership opportunities to maximize customer experience, value and cost optimization
Qualifications
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced Engineering degree or MBA is preferred
A minimum of 6-8 years of related Supply Chain and/or Customer Facing experience is required
Strong background / experience in E2E Supply Chain processes and systems is required
Proven experience in shaping and executing multiple complex, innovative global programs is required
Relevant mix of global, regional, cross-sector / cross-industry experience is preferred
Experience with managing highly complex programs with demonstrated successful delivery is preferred
Proven problem solving, and analytical skills; strong business / financial acuity
LEAN and/or Six Sigma and FPX Certification is highly preferred
Experience defining and deploying global strategies and practices is preferred
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills are required
Consistent track record of leading diverse, matrixed high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission within cross-functional, global environment preferred
Strength in interdependent partnering is required
Ability to embed a culture of process improvement and value creation across the business is required
Ability to travel a minimum of 20-25% is required domestic and international
