Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support various departments, and assist with business travel and project maintenance. You will also maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance activities, facilitate communication, handle confidential information, and provide general administrative support.
Responsibilities
Oversee office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Support various departments with their administrative needs and projects.
Assist principal with business travel, scheduling meetings, special projects, and organization membership roles.
Support controller with project maintenance, data entry, and receivable collections.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.
Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities.
Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external partners.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Proofread correspondence and reports and assist in assembling large reports.
Develop templates in MS Word and MS Excel.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with proofreading and templating new documents.
Experience with rolling out new technology for the smaller office, such as MS Teams and AI note takers.
5+ years of experience within a smaller organization, total size between 20-50 people.
Work Environment
The work environment is onsite at the Bedminster location, five days a week. Currently, the company has 11 employees. As a consulting engineering company, they work extensively with homeowners associations and condo communities, handling projects related to roads, sidewalks, roofs, foundations, and sewer systems to ensure all work is performed correctly.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.85/hr.
