Job Description:
Position: Lead Sourcing Management
Location: Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA
Office Presence: Minimum of 5 days per week. No relocation offered.

Overall Purpose: Optimize procurement strategies by managing, negotiating, monitoring, and sourcing vendor and sub-contractor contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead negotiations for vendor and sub-contractor contracts, manage contract modifications, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions to align with organizational goals.
Procurement Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness, including market research and sourcing new suppliers.
Vendor and Sub-contractor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and sub-contractors, assess performance, and handle commercial contract issues, including licensing agreements, invoicing, and receivable issues.
Risk Management and Compliance: Identify potential supply chain risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement: Continuously monitor procurement performance metrics, prepare reports for strategic decision-making, and identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Salary Range: Our Lead Sourcing Management earn between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual in Dallas Texas. Our Lead Sourcing Management earn between $94,300.00- $141,500.00 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience expertise, and education/training.
