SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is the data management and data integrity of the JD Edwards operating system, including item masters on all branch plants.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Coordinate information on parts based on contracts and sales and create new part numbers as needed.

  • Maintain data integrity on item masters inall branch plants.

  • Primary contact on setting up part numbers in JDE.

  • Update safety stock, leadtimes and stocking type as needed.

  • Enter, update and Obsolete part numbers and kit BOMs.

  • Supportproduction part needsby responding to buyer requests.

  • Aid SalesAdministratorsin creating World Writers and data transfers.

  • Preparereports for Inventory Manager and Material Planning Manger to analyze.

  • Compiles and maintains manual orcomputerizedrecords, such as part number records and GFM part number records.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field

  • 3-plusyears of relatedworkexperience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Individual mustbe a self-starter, flexible, highly organized

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Familiar with ERP System
