Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP ABAP Developer - Manager

Job Level: Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Technical Upgrade SAP ABAP Workflow and Core ABAP. Experience in Supply Chain Management is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and help maintain SAP AFS SAP S4 Fashion systems by supporting system upgrades.

· Provide expertise and assist in system refreshes and the application of OSS patches.

· Oversee the implementation of ABAP developments for S4 HANA systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with SAP in SPAU/SPDD remediation.

· Provide solution options plan design and execute all SAP Platform related activities.

· Work closely with SAP Basis / Security teams in handling version upgrades.

· Help in building & supporting landscape transformation replication across different SAP environments.

· System maintenance and support basis teams in table partitioning requirements.

· Plan prepare and support systems/applications divestiture.

· Oversee the implementation of ABAP Development for SAP HANA to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

· Provide expertise in developing and customizing FIORI APPS to enhance user experience and functionality.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP and FIORI applications.

· Help with mock system builds and test cycle executions.

· Collaborate with business teams on upgrade stack and support regression testing.

· Support release management & CHARM (Solman) systems.

· Participate in the planning and execution of SAP upgrades and migrations.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive innovation within the team.

· Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications:

· Possess a strong background in SAP S4 HANA & FIORI Apps customizations.

· Exhibit skills in automation and optimization techniques.

· Have hands on experience in system refreshes upgrades and handling platform related activities.

· Excellent working knowledge of ILM content repository Solution manager system maintenance activities in both SAP AFS and S/4 HANA systems.

· Demonstrate expertise in ABAP Development for SAP HANA and build/support CDS views.

· Basic understanding of SAP Livecache Supply chain accelerator and SAP Supply chain management.

· Show proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements for SAP solutions.

· Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

· Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Preferably have experience in transport management and platform build support and maintenance.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between 112,500 – 152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
