Beaverton - Maintenance Mechanic - $25/hr-$35/hr
Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Maintenance Mechanic for the day shift. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 7am - 3:30pm or 6am - 2:30pm depending on business need. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery to ensure optimal operation.
Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, and repair maintenance equipment.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Perform electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.
Ensure lock out/tag out procedures are followed for all repairs.
Troubleshoot gears, motors, bearings, and shafts.
Handle pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
Conduct repair welding on equipment.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely to move materials.
Understand and complete assigned paperwork.
Follow quality procedures.
Comply with all plant safety rules.
Interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, and machinery manuals for repairs.
Complete all maintenance tasks assigned by the maintenance manager in a timely manner.
Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance emergencies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
Experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting up to 480 volts.
Knowledge of hand and power tools.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Skilled in repair welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machinery manuals.
Experience in operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
Understanding of lock out/tag out procedures.
Previous industrial maintenance experience.
Valid Driver's License.

Pay and Benefits
