Responsibilities Include: Issue and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract/Consulting Agreements, Reseller Agreements. Actively participate in contract negotiations. Support multiple commercial and Research and Development (R&D) programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract administration. Provide timely contractual advice and guidance to Program Managers. Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls. Work closely with Program Control regarding financials. Maintain electronic files. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements: Must be a US Citizen. Be able to pass a government background security investigation. 10+ years of experience in Government contracting (preferably in R&D) or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members, manage in high-stress situations, and prioritize workload. Experience working with Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time-and-Material type contracts. Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS and have experience applying the FAR and its Agency Supplements to contracts and subcontracts.
