Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Engineer. This role focuses primarily on migrating from on-prem to Azure Data Factory. The position is fully remote, and the industry revolves around cloud technologies and data analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the migration process from the on-prem Talend system to Azure Data Factory.
• Design and implement data solutions in a Snowflake environment.
• Develop and maintain BI reporting using Tableau.
• Ensure the accurate processing and efficient management of customer data.
• Monitor and analyze data systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement data models and structures using AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Develop and manage APIs for customer data handling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the data systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies and data analytics.
Requirements • Applicants must possess proficiency in Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with Database management is necessary.
• A strong background in Analytics is required.
• Candidates should have experience with API Development.
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in using Talend is required.
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a prerequisite.
