BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Home Health Scheduler who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for...
Scheduling and oversight for all disciplines: SN, PT, RT, OT, ST, MSW.
Assists in entering approved PTO and patient Emergency Management Plans into scheduling package book.
Enters and verifies vital patient information into billing system, and maintains CPR card, Driver's license and Auto Insurance information in team member files
Reviews admission packets for completeness, assists PCS in productivity oversight, and works all report as indicated in standard work.
Adds disciplines as instructed by PCS, approves all disciplines, including visit type, enters skills for each clinician in staff management area of scheduling package, monitors utilization, productivity of contract and enters assignment of and updates for case manager for each patient.
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Associate's Degree
Experience:
Required 1 computer-related experience
Preferred 1 year Home Care or Healthcare
