Job Description

Job Role

• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:

• Identify and analyze the root causes of SSD failures, both in the field and during testing.

• Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring failures.

• Failure Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct thorough failure analysis on returned SSDs (RMA), Quality failure and Manufacturing failure in PCBA levelFA

• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analysis, and proposed solutions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality) to resolve issues.

• Serve as a technical interface for external customer-facing teams, providing data analysis and technical consultation.

• Manage escalations and communicate RMA cases to internal teams.

• Knowledge and Skill Development:

• Maintain and develop expertise in SSD failure analysis techniques and methodologies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SSD technologies and failure mechanisms.

• Debug System Setup and Maintenance:

• Setup and maintain the debug system for DOE and error duplication.

• Test Script Development:

• Develop test scripts to reproduce test failures or verify the effectiveness of fixes.

• Log Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing test logs and categorizing test failures.

Qualifications

Electronic/Electrical Degree

Years of Experience : 4-5 years in PCBA FA field
