Belamour Care seeks full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) *to join their team in *Battle Ground, Washington.

WHAT WE OFFER.

• SALARY. $100,000 -- $120,000 annual starting salary based on your experience.
• *PLUS *$7,500 sign-on bonus.
• BENEFITS. Medical and dental insurance stipend (up to 100% coverage).
• RETIREMENT. 401(k) retirement plan with 3% company match.
• PAID TIME OFF. Vacation and sick time.
• FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Monday--Friday is preferred. We make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO. *

• Provide compassionate and professional nursing care to seniors.
• Assess residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and social workers, to provide optimal care.
• Advocate for the well-being and rights of seniors under your care.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Supervise, mentor and counsel Resident Care Coordinators, nursing assistants, and other caregivers.
• Delegate tasks to qualified/certified nursing assistants.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
• 2 years' nursing experience preferred, however, we welcome all levels of experience on our team. Previous experience in senior care, long-term care, or geriatrics is helpful.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Mental Health and Dementia certifications preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days if hired.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor that ensures trust and competence amongst peers, patients and families.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting a bonus.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English is required.
• Ability to physically and mentally carry out the functions of this position.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to our other facility homes is required. All homes are within 20-30 minutes of Battle Ground.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening required.
