The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Supervisor of Installations supporting Group Protection in a remote environment.

Background Details:

This position will provide oversight and supervise the daily activities in new case on-boarding by coordinating installation activities with appropriate internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case installation. You will conduct regular quality audits and facilitate execution of process improvements to ensure a recommendable customer on-boarding experience.

What you'll be doing

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding on-boarding experience for plan sponsors and other stakeholders resulting in new customer satisfaction and referrals.

  • You will participate in staffing process, interview candidates, communicate with trainers, and mentor new employees to ensure quality training and development.

  • You will supervise team activities and balances work assignments to achieve business objectives for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • You will monitor individual and team performance against established objectives.

  • You will address escalated service issues, working in concert with internal stakeholders.

  • You will share technical knowledge with team to support implementation of cross-functional projects and organizational efforts.

  • You will monitor performance against established service goals and metrics that align with industry standards.

  • You will report team metrics and trends to management; may contribute to development of actions plans to meet/exceed business objectives.

What we’re looking for

Must-have experience (Required):

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in lieu of Bachelor's

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, product and/or service implementation and/or project management directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position, including 1+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.

Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):

  • Ability to problem solve and make independent decisions, while providing compassionate customer service.

  • Research and data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Level: M1

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
