Humana is currently seeking a Sales Compensation Professional.

The Sales Compensation Professional performs ongoing administration of calculating and paying sales commissions. The typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • interacts with sales employees to resolve any issues or explain sales payment details.

  • understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards.

  • prepare monthly statements to include balance sheets, payroll statements, and profit/loss statements

  • coordinates with software vendor to maintain software systems

  • responds to information requests and assist with audits

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience of technical/Admin work

  • must be able to work 8am-5pm EST

  • proficient in Microsoft Office with strong experience in Excel

  • must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

  • dedication to accuracy and strong attention to detail

  • ability to work in a deadline-driven organization

  • exceptional written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or compensation

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields

Additional Information

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$53,700 - $72,600 per year
