About the Role
As a Digital & Tech Data Delivery Leader, you will develop, maintain, and enhance client systems of the highest complexity and importance, as well as evaluate, design, and develop new features.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Delivery Leader to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering new capabilities, integrations, and data solutions within Property Management’s data mart and related transactional systems. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies, including Snowflake, dbt, and AI technologies.
This job is part of the Software Engineering job function. They are responsible for successfully executing and monitoring system improvements to increase efficiency.
What You’ll Do
· Lead the delivery of new capabilities, integrations, and data solutions.
· Set technical direction and provide technical data solutions.
· Drive the successful delivery of build components to achieve business benefits.
· Engage in hands-on development of solution components.
· Manage scrum team delivering data solution components.
· Collaborate with Engineer Managers to drive scrum teams in delivering data solution components.
· Develop, maintain, enhance, and test systems of the highest complexity.
· Manage the implementation of other systems.
· Serve as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements of the highest difficulties and of critical value to the organization.
· Perform or oversee the investigation and resolution of advanced and critical data, system, and software issues in the production environment.
· Oversee all production databases and complete needed maintenance and management.
· Liaise with clients on strategic engagements and with strategic partners on system and data integration.
· Perform or oversee the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.
· Apply mastery level expertise and breadth of knowledge of the job function and the industry. Provide an external thought leadership mentality that impacts industry developments and trends.
· Showcase a broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques, and technologies within own function and industry.
· Anticipate business and industry issues and recommend new and innovative approaches to respond.
· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Navigate objections and disagreements. Set the tone for teams to reach an agreement and adopt a different point of view. Negotiate with senior and executive management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions of visionary and strategic importance.
· Apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situations.
· Make decisions that drive the direction and resource allocation for functional operations and impact overall business success.
· Significantly impact the design of policies and procedures. Define the direction for products, processes, standards, or business plans based on business strategy.
What You’ll Need
· Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
· Independent judgment skills to determine methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for measuring success.
· Ability to recognize and resolve situations of substantial significance in a field of expertise or knowledge.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Must be meticulously organized and have a masterful inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $175,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
