MILACRON PLASTICS TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC Electrical Assembly 2nd Shift in Batavia, Ohio

Shift 2 (United States of America) Position Summary: Wires machines, equipment and their subassemblies following layouts, electrical circuits, and other written and verbal specifications. Work You'll Do: Read, comprehend, and interpret Wiring Diagrams. Understand and support Company philosophies, goals and directions including ISO9001 and 14001 policies and procedures. Job Report labor correctly and in a timely manner. Safely apply material handling processes. Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads. Set the department / area standards in housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork by example. Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma with 3 to 5 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 3 to 5 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
