Shift 1 (United States of America) Position Summary: Milacronis looking for aCustomer Service Representativeto join our team inBatavia, OH.This is a temporary, 3-month position that is fully onsite.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing product and service information to customers, frequently communicating with vendors and customers to manage customer repairs, and processing customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance, and termination. Work You'll Do: Answer phone and email requests from customers and verify needed information to prepare parts quotes and orders and provide ship dates Provide customers with accurate, actionable information via telephone or email swiftly and courteously Communicate with internal teams to determine customer needs and escalate issues when they arise Tailor sales approach to customers using results of business analytics, i.e., customer purchase patterns, machine ownership, and key customer business needs Other duties may be assigned Team: The Customer Service team provides support relating to sales, communications, billing inquires, suggestions, post-sale technical support services, and more. The overall goal of the Customer Service team is to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims are resolved fairly in accordance with consumer laws. Basic Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience within a corporate office environment Ability to work within Excel, Outlook, and other internal systems to complete tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage and/or support supplier relationships as needed to facilitate daily business Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter, requiring little daily guidance and oversight to accomplish sales targets High school diploma or equivalent Who we are: Milacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
