Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.

• Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively. Troubleshoot most application problems independently.

• Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.

• Analyze a chain of events and applies technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.

• Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards. Share knowledge effectively within the work team.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

Preferences:

• Customer service experience

• Education and training experience

• Prior CTMS experience in Clinical Conductor

• Previous research experience

• Microsoft and Goggle knowledge

• Multi-tasker, attention to details, self motivated, and able to work independently
