Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Walmart is hiring a Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations
Role Detail:
Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)
Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 - 15 Direct Reports)
Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
Leads, motivates, and develops technicians
Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs
Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable
Oversees budget
Manages and evaluate workload
Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
Reporting and analytics
Recruiting and hiring of technicians
Hard Skill Sets Needed:
General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience - 3-5 years would be optimal
Electrical, plumbing, and or mechanical experience
Leadership skills - Able to lead, motivate, and develop others
Communication/Interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills - Route cause and breakdown analysis experience
Customer service
Soft Skill Sets Needed:
EPA Universal Certification
PMP Certification
Lean Six Sigma

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
