Educational Requirements of position:

4 year degree in a relevant curriculum from an accredited college or university

Technical Requirements of positon:

  • Software
    • Proficiency in: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
    • Basic Understanding of: Sketch-up and Primavera P6 (or similar), Navisworks and Revit
  • General
    • Basic understanding of building components and sequencing
    • Basic understanding of construction surveying/layout

Essential Function of the position

  • Assist with submittal process
  • Assist with request for information (RFI) process
  • Assist with document control
  • Assist with progress and quantity reporting
  • Managing job photos and progress documentation
  • Assist with job close-out requirements including: OandM Manuals, As-built Drawings, etc
  • Assist with the coordinating and managing material deliveries
  • Assisting Project Superintendent with jobsite coordination
  • Assisting jobsite safety enforcement

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationship with project subcontractors and vendors
  • Supports project community service project

Cubical or shared office with public contact/fellow employees. Location may be on jobsite or in corporate or regional office.
