Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Onboarding

This is a temporary position

Pay is via a third party vendor

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support to Talent Acquisition organization with administrative functions within the Onboarding Service.

  • Provide end to end services for all candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience during their hiring process.

  • Accurately enter data in the applicant tracking system to include updates candidate status and uploading employment documents

  • Experience using a human resources information system (HRIS) to process employee data changes, special pay actions, and generate reports.

  • Review and approve all offers to ensure offers comply with Raytheon Technologies policies and practices.

  • Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements

  • Track and process new hire/transfers special pay actions to payroll and entering relocations into relocation vendor website.

  • Prepare presentations and reports and participate in special projects as necessary

  • Maintain compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures

  • Ability to effectively communicate with English speaking population is a must

    Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of recent administrative/customer service experience.

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in shared service model and/or supporting Talent Acquisition administrative activities

  • Working knowledge of Brassring, PeopleSoft, iSupport , WorkDay, ServiceNow or other ATS/HRIS/Case Management Systems

  • Experience using a human resources information system (HRIS) to process employee data changes and special pay actions.

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
