UPS Team Leader - Operations in Barcelona, Spain

We're looking for a new Team Leader to fill a vacant position in Barcelona. This isn't a job for just anyone; we're looking for someone special... we're looking for YOU!

What do you do in a day?

  • Management of the staff under your supervision. Coaching and training the team.

  • Identification and development of potential talents for the company.

  • Focus on excellence in customer service.

  • Daily monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Meetings with service providers (OSPs) when necessary to ensure proper customer service monitoring.

  • Coordination of project management projects. Communication with other departments for project execution (BaSE, IE, etc.).

  • Coordination of center and service audits. Follow-up on issues found.

  • Resource planning, holiday planning, peak hours, aircraft adjustments and execution.

  • Support with operational functions when necessary.

What should you be able to do?

  • Higher Vocational Training or a University Degree (completed or in progress) is essential.

  • Advanced knowledge of the English language is essential.

  • Curiosity, eager to learn new areas of the business and develop service knowledge.

  • Strong leadership qualities and quick decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • A decisive leader capable of handling unexpected situations.

  • You are flexible and analytical; you enjoy solving problems and making decisions.

  • Knowledge of MS Office systems: Excel, Outlook – User level.

  • Flexibility is important within our organization, including for this position. Hours: 3:00 – 9:00.
