Summary You will serve as a Data Management Specialist (Information Technology Support) in the Operations and Program Division of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Salary Range: GS-07: $56,153 - $73,003 per annum GS-09: $68,686 - $89,290 per annum Responsibilities You will serve as the command IT Coordinator to provide IT customer support services to Trident Refit Facility. You will apply knowledge of automation systems to respond to customer service desk requests for technical assistance. You will review and process IT procurement requests for new hardware, software, or IT services. You will be TRF central POC for all IT data calls supporting computer refreshes, seat upgrades, inventory updates, emergency response actions, or training requirements. You will develop purchase plans, manage procurements, stores, and issue peripherals and consumables to TRF users. You will manage IT and MSS information through web-based collaborative technology such as Microsoft SharePoint. You will serve as the Terminal Area Security Officer (TASO) and assist in security matters concerning cyber security. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing customer support services to assist end-users with the navigation or access of various IT database systems, and for the development of reports or data tracking of refit projects to increase productivity and efficiency. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector supplying customer support services (e.g. status reports; processing new access requests; or assisting new computer users) in order to provide technical support to end-users who need assistance with data and information technology systems.
