The jobholder will be responsible for developing overall customer-focused sales and 5Ps strategies of key accounts which bring about profitable growth, recognizing strategic opportunities for success. He or She must establish & maintain good relationships with existing clients, account planning, promotion and sales forecasting, product distribution strategy and customer service planning to achieve objectives on sales and profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team's objectives (within the sales strategy and retailers management strategy framework) and ensure that the team delivers the overall mission and goals ,while building mutual business agreement to satisfy target consumer /shopper needs

  • Leads team for the translation of top-down Sales targets into 12-month rolling bottom-up plans in ground account assigned, incorporating overall sales objectives

  • Ensure team to monitoring 5Ps execution performance (availability, pricing, promotion, placement and merchandising and etc.) and quickly resolved by working closely with cross functional team

  • Leading team in preparing and conducting any annual negotiations include trading terms and conditions.

  • Supervise and control trade terms and conditions are followed and in-placed.

  • Ensuring team works with Marketing and Trade Marketing, translate category plans by retails environment into business plans that deliver team objectives, focusing investment behind demand-generating activities

  • Develop effective investment strategy, consistent with Retail Environment Strategy, customer and shopper insights

  • Define the specific roles of individuals within the team, promoting teamwork and ensure the team is motivated to deliver results

  • Manage team meeting in which the team's mission and objectives are reviewed to ensure progress & alignment towards overall company goals ,and where specific issues and KPI performance are discussed and action plans refined

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, half year and full year business review with key accounts and ensure strong customer engagement at all levels

  • Develops deep insights and actionable recommendations from post-evaluation analyses and ensures learning’s are incorporated to customer strategies and plans

  • Institute ROI mindset among the entire team to ensure focus on maximizing productivity of investments

  • Ensure team maintains accurate demand planning and projections vs. plan of sales and spending associated with activities and manages total P&L performance in order to achieve targets

  • Provide coaching and feedback ensuring adequate training to team members; evaluating performance and developing IDPs, advising on career paths and providing opportunities for development, acting as a role model and reinforcing desired behaviors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher preferred in business related field

  • At least 7-8 years experiences in Tesco or Big C or Modern Trade Key account Management

  • Proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers

  • Experience of influencing and engaging senior management in own and customer organizations’

  • Experience of leading Sales Professionals

  • Analytical thinking: ability to categorize information to facilitate decision making and strategic planning; assimilate diverse information into usable, analyses both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insight and identify category opportunities.

  • Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage

  • Highly analytical and numeracy Skill

  • Fluent in English with at least one other language preferred

  • Proactive and assertive to represent the sales team to join with marketing whenever having new initiatives development.

  • Strong leadership to lead change and challenge status quotation.
