Job Description:
You will join a well-established, friendly and supportive team that will ensure you will have every opportunity for success with the bank. The business is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas of Payments/Wire, Trade & Credit Services, Bank Notes, etc.
Working with our varied multi-national corporate client, you will help to on-board and implement our cash management and treasury services, building solid relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. This role offers a high level of visibility as you’ll work in conjunction with a number of other internal teams to provide seamless delivery to, and build relationships with a variety of client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Delivers and executes all assigned projects/business tasks to be in line with the clients’ and management’s expectations. Responsible for account management (based on client requests received) including: handling escalations of complex issues by managing the coordination of workflow to business partners and ensuring timely resolution
Understands the end-to-end process of Fulfillment/implementation. Proactively and efficiently manages Fulfillment/implementation projects and business tasks with the shortest cycle time and meets client’s target date. Resolves client queries and provide support as required
Interacts continuously and deepens relationships with internal business partners as well as client to further enhance client delight. Facilitating client’s specific customized configuration including Monitoring internal processes and service levels to continuously improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, working closely with sales to monetize revenue opportunities across core GTS products – cash management, liquidity, payments, SWIFT, host-to-host, Trade services
Adopt a consultative approach when recognizing, evaluating and acting upon opportunities for additional client and sales collaboration or when looking to improve overall client satisfaction
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction across implementation functions
Ensure full compliance of all applicable laws, regulations, credit, OFAC, FATCA, KYC, AML policies and exercise appropriate delegated authority
Skills:
At least 2 years of working experience in Financial/Banking industry, providing client servicing, implementation support to corporate clients
Strong Project management, change management, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Possess a track record of corporate banking product implementation, focused on the delivery of treasury and cash management and trade service solutions for corporate clients and/or financial institutions as an individual contributor
Knowledge on corporate banking products, web-based electronic banking platforms SwiftNet, SAP and H2H solution. A good understanding of in-country banking systems, account and liquidity structures as well as payment delivery systems
Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet internal and regulatory deadlines and address competing priorities
Ability to manage alliances, relationship with regulator(s), internal/external stakeholders, across functional initiatives and process integration
Ability to work under pressure & challenges
Solid knowledge on problem analysis and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills with good commend of spoken English, Thai. Vietnamese is a-plus
A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects
Innovative and open minded, maintaining a professional & positive attitude at all times
Good application software skills: Words, Excel and Powerpoint
