Sartorius Team Lead Process Automation in Bangalore, India
The Team Lead Process Automation will be responsible for ensuring that the systems are designed, built and tested as per requirements of customer in compliance with relevant regulations.
The Team Lead Process Automation will be responsible for ensuring that the systems are designed, built and tested as per requirements of customer in compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Oversee the customer User Requirements Specifications and deviation list, developing proposing alternative software solutions where necessary.
Generate and design Automation Architecture for standalone and server client configurations.
Customer Interactions on software logic and compliance requirements
Prepare SOP for the process and develop a skilled team.
Team planning, development and management
Develop concept and basic design according to company standards and guidelines.
Demonstrate software bench test with customer.
Implement the new software and hardware in the design.
Upgrade the libraries and migration of software's from older versions to new version periodically..
Handshaking with 3rd party software's apart from Siemens
Demonstrate knowledge in Gamp 5, 21CFR part 11, ISA S 88 Standard programming.
Communicate internally and externally within the area of responsibility.
Necessary support from Automation during Factory Acceptance Test/ Site Acceptance Test.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering Instrumentation/Electrical/ Electronics
Minimum 6-8 Years of experience in Software development and testing with Siemens PLC/IPC with 2 yrs experience in handling team
Good abilities of customer processes
Good Communication and analytical Skills
Proven software skills, e.g. Simatic WinCC, TIA portal , MS Visio, MS project
