Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in Core Java and Unix for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset Management Operations or Asset & Wealth Management. This role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using Core Java and Unix.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and implement best practices.
Ensure adherence to coding standards security protocols and performance optimization techniques.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
Optimize system performance and scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Core Java and Unix with hands-on experience in developing and implementing software solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in Asset Management Operations or Asset & Wealth Management with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
